# Make objects speed up/ slow down

So I have a shooting game, and I need the bullets I fire to very slightly slow down in mid air.

At the start, they will go full speed, but at the end of the screen, they will be going 7/8 of the start speed.

If anyone knows how to do this, please post the AS 2 into the answer.
