# Making a dvd? where do i start?

hello  
ok…my sister wanted me to make a cd rom to promote a primary school in her area. i was just going to make this in dreamweaver then burn it to a CD.  
NOW she is saying that most of the people in her area do NOT have computers so she wants me to make a DVD insted, as most of the locals have dvd players.  
I dont know where to start!!!  
what software do i use to make a DVD? she wants me to include digital video, stills and a bit of animation. I’ve got the adobe suite and use DW and Flash mx.  
SORRY if i’m in the wrong forum. i feel a tad worried.
