# Making a quiz where you can type in answers?

im making a quiz what i want to do is:

when the user types in the correct answer a tick appears and when they type in a wrong answer a cross appears i want this to happen on a single frame

can you please tell me how to make these type in boxes and how to make the above stuff happen
