Does anyone know a method for generating a wallpaper from a flash movie dynamically online?

This technique is used here
[http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/motokrzr/experiencek1m/](http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/motokrzr/experiencek1m/)
“set wallpaper”

It looks like they are using PHP to create the actual final jpeg.

Has anyone done this? Or seen a tutorial for accomplishing this?
