# Making exe in Flash

I am making an application in flash which involve writing and updating a text file.  
I did it using Apache and php which obvsiouly would need the installation of Apache/php at client end.  
I want to ask would it be possible to use some other technology with flash so that the resultant exe doesnt needs any installation at the client end
