# MAMP - not displaying files after change

Howdy again fellow Kirupians,

I recently installed MAMP on my MB - problem is that when I edit a file, say index.php in Dreamweaver and navigate to it with [http://localhost](http://localhost), the changes I just made to the file aren’t shown in Firefox.

If I go ‘Preview in Browser \> Firefox’ in Dreamweaver, it shows them. Also navigating with “file://Hard Drive/folder/subfolder/index.php” shows the changes - but not in localhost.
