# Manipulating the line of Kirupa's drawing example

Hi Kirupa-Experts,

I’d like to change the line of Kirupa’s drawing example ([http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/drawingboard\_flash5.htm)](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/drawingboard_flash5.htm%29).

I’ve tried the following:

mc.lineStyle(255,0xEEEEEE,100);

which unfortunately doesn’t change anything. Do you have a solution for that?
