# Mask images then load with Grid

first take a look at the animation there. You see that some boxes apper from small to big, then some alpha effect and then images appear and all of this done in a grid format. I really need a explanation for that animation.  
1- When I do a single box, (fla attached) and insert a image inside of it,  
I cant use it multiple times. When I change the images, all the other instances are change too.

2- and for the grid part. How can I make it appear 1 by 1 ?.

So shortly I wanna LEARN the technique to lad the images in grid 1 by 1 and how can I load different picture for each of the boxes.  
Hope scotty u can load the movie this time.
