# Mask in top, why?

Hi!  
Sorry for my stupid question, but i don’t know why.

I attached the image.

The mask on top, “megye1” the normal movieclip, and this movieclip’s mask is “megye2” on layer4.

on layer5 have 3 arrow, but not on top.  
Why?
