# Mask inside Button incorrectly shows when published!

Hey all,

I have created a Button and inside that I have used a mask for a highlight and shadow type of effect, but when you publish the fla it incorrectly shows the whole shape rather than just the area that is masked off… ☹

It also shows the mask itself as a shape…

I tried to do this inside the Button itslef with no luck, and have now tried to create the effect in a Graphic and use the Graphic in the Button with no joy…
