hello…
how can i make this effect [http://www.star](http://www.star)**[ers.org/star](http://ers.org/star)**ers/
its the foto on the top rigth thta has thoes flashing stars
i notice that is a foto… and the blinking white stars is a mask but i can do it ! can some one help :hair:
id try breaking apart the pick… and i cant figure it out
please help

no it’s not…you just have to figure it out what \*\*\*\* means.four letters ,starts with f and ends with k.Got the picture?

It doesn’t have to be a mask. You could just make a clip with a start in it, and make it flash 🙂

yes in that case no but now take a look at this site

in the PROFILE secction youll notice that the girl is staring at the 2 advanced logo and that logo has a little flash loop … and i can’t make that with out adding movement and so i needd a mask
can i mask a picture…??
