Best flash freaks… for my school i must make a new assignment in flash… now is that not such a big problem but i had a question. In the link below you can see the animated flash… it made by onother students as you can see there’s a arrow that moves is obouvisly made with mask but how can i make that.

i would be very greatfull if sombody can helps me with this.
