Hello everybody,
I have a small problem with masking images that I’ve loaded in using the loadMovie command. My small problem is that it won’t work! I’ve tried getting it to load \*.jpgs and \*.swfs, but it doesn’t seem to want to work.

The problem is that i don’t want to import a whole load of images and publish them as part of the swf, as there could possibly be a huge amount of images involved.

To try and get there quicker, I’ll rule out some obvious suggestions that I’ve already tried and failed at;

- naming all the instances and linking them properly
- placing the movieclip that the image loads into inside another movieclip

Any help at all would be great!

Thanks - Dan
