# Masks used in buttons, is it possible?

Every time I try to use a mask in a button, the mask does not work. Instead of the object on the masking layer only showing what is beneath it, the object used to do the masking shows up like a regular object.

Are masks not allowed to be used in buttons? Has anyone ever used a mask in a button? Is there a workaround for this if it is a limitation? Thanks.
