# mc\_ alpha fade w/ mouse move

How would I go about making the alpha of a movie clip increase and decrease  
based upon where the mouse was located on the stage? I would like to set  
this up with multiple mc at different locations of the stage, say different clip  
in each corner of stage. Thanks in advance!
