# MC not working

I have 3 scenes, Scene1 is preloader, scene2 is intro, scene3 and the site itself, In scene 3 i have the border lines of menu,main,and etc. when I try to put the transition effect inside of the mc, and place the mc onto the main scene3 timeline, the mc doesn’t do the effect, but if i create the effect on the main scene 3 time line then it works, why is that?
