pina colada cheesecake (I was a pastry chef… classically trained in French, but my specialty is pastries) graham cracker and coconut crust cheese cake w/coconut milk (very creamy) candied fresh pineapple more cheese cake malibu rum cream served with fresh pineapple compote, and a pineapple leaf I had to make 17 in 3 days(we only had 6 pans)… in 85 degree weather and 85% humidity… but yes, I do know how to make cheesecake… :beam: Rev ![](http://www.aulman.com/rev.gif) ---

pastry chefs rock! but i guess it would be hard to stay in shape with all those delicious pastries around… that’s why i’m kinda glad that i can’t make all of my favourites (only some of them =D ) and EG, that snake is so cool, it could make a really cool animation…is it gonna be like a story or just something that looks flashy and amazing? either way it will be awesome ---
