# Mediabox

So I want to get something that will let me stream my xvid movies to my home tv. My tv isn’t high definition or anything else fancy, infact it has a built in VCR player if that tells you something about it.

I have looked into a couple solutions:

A. Just a simple media enclosure

B. AppleTV

C. Media enclosure with wifi and or ethernet support with OSX support & cheaper then AppleTV

The AppleTV would be really nice but I am worried about it not playing nice with my xvid content, also I do not want to be storing duplicate files. Also does anybody know if AppleTV has dvd support via drive sharing in OSX?

C would be a picture perfect solution, but I can not find anything of this type, also I would like to know of any snags other people have had setting up solution like this.
