# MediaController Component Width - Going Nuts!

Hi folks,  
I’m having some trouble changing the width of my Mediacontroller component in Flash 8.

I have a stage that is 177x60. the height is fine as that scales nicely, but for some reason the width of the component overflows the stage, cutting off the last 5-10 pixels of the component off.

Does anyone have any ideas how to change this, as I have checked the LiveDocs and ‘this.autoSize=false;’ does not apply to MediaController.
