# Meh..What am i missing?

Well i redid my concept design trying to downplay the rocks since they do look a bit 90’s-ish. So i think this is supposed to be like a plaque engraved on a rock-wall with vines. It is not looking quite right though, i think it has something to do with the green header and footer, but without those it looks unfinished, Any Sugguestions?
