# Menu issues

I am trying to build a small movie that is similar to [http://www.gallagherdesign.com/](http://www.gallagherdesign.com/) \<—firm people. I can make buttons control movie clips with variables and loops, but when you need to move the buttons themselves (nested in mc’s or mc’s themselves I assume), my way or working doesn’t seem to be working. I am not trying to rip off the flash masters at Group94, I just need a place to start. If anyone has any advice - I am all ears - thanks, Cameron
