# Menu Question and its enlargement

Hey Guys,

Just saw: [http://www.changethethought.com/ui.html](http://www.changethethought.com/ui.html)  
If you go there and after it all loads, i would like to ask how the menu is constructed. I know how it can enlarge but when you do rollover it, how is it possible that the other menu buttons “move down” when you rollover a menu button. Then when you rollout, all the other buttons “move back up again”
