# Menu that slides down when cursor moves toward it

does anyone know a way of having a menu system slide downward when a user’s cursor approaches the top area of the screen?

So i would have a cartoon animation running at fullscreen, but the user wants to pause it so they move their mouse toward the top part of the screen and a horizontal rectangle slides down with an array of options.

options featured would be PLAY, PAUSE, STOP, REWIND, EXIT, HOME.

hope i’ve explained this well :-.
