Whether or not they are being implanted is unsuspecting citizens, there have been human text subjects, with a similiar tracking device being used on animals already. Some do believe that citizens are unknowingly chipped, but no one has been able to show proof, so who knows… If military scientists have not already achieved absolute mind control, im willing to bet that it is at the top of their 'wish list.' Imagine the implications of such a form of control, in a battle situation… Or even worse, in day to day life… the attorney for Sirhan Sirhan, the man who shot RFK, has recently filed for appeal, claiming that his client had been a victim of mind control. Sirhan Sirhan, to this day maintains that he has absolutely no recollection of his involvement in the assassination. ---

interesting… this secret-chip-implant-thingy reminds me of X-files (Scully) 😛 I believe that it’s possible to read brainwaves and identify them and maybe make a person feel stuff and alter his/her mood somehow but I totally do not believe that it’s possible to make a person go buy a pack of chips from a store via chips =) oh and I fink science is definately more advanced than we think it is 😉
