# Missing Component?

Okay…

I was helping my friend make his website, and he needed a place for the news. I told him that i could make a box to type in for news etc. with a component. I then went to the tutorial at Kirupa’s site, and it said to use the “Scroll Bar” component. When I looked at my components, the scroll bar component wasn’t there o\_O. I couldn’t find it anywhere…  
I even re-installed it, and it wasn’t there O\_o.

Can anyone help me? XD

EDIT:  
I forgot to add, I am using Macromedia Flash MX 2004 (obviously, that’s why I’m posting here…) and I downloaded the Flash MX 2004 update.
