Chicago Motion Graphics Festival 2009  
Jan 20th through 25th  
Various locations in the Chicago Loop (Columbia College, SAIC, Cultural Center & more)

Screening & presenting artists include: David Byrne, Nine Inch Nails, Justice, Maxon, Adobe, Digital Kitchen, Shepard Fairey, Psyop, Ebling, Ronin, Logan, Chuck D of Public Enemy, the Director’s Bureau, Manifest Digital, crowSPRING and more.

In its 6th year, MGFest stands as the premier US event showcasing creative motion picture design. The festival presents a year-long, regionally focused program of events focusing on motion design, sound design, and interactivity by hosting: art showcases, workshops, classes, panel discussions, studio tours, theater screenings and industry mixers.
