Hi all, recently seen this scroll bar on koko kaka’s site [http://www.kokokaka.com/](http://www.kokokaka.com/)

The thing I noticed though is that if you click on the bar and move outside of the browser window, the scroll bar moves just like a real browser.

How would you be able to keep the event fired like this??

Each time i move out of the browser the MOUSE\_DOWN event stays triggered even if I release the mouse button is released.
