# Mouse Follow?

I am trying to get a stationary object to follow the mouse but remain in its location.

Example: i am trying to get the center of a compass to follow the mouse around screen while remaining inside the compass. i have only found out how to have it chase the mouse but not remain on a fixed point and rotate. Any answers???

i am using Flash MX
