# Mouse over pan movie clip

Hey there! I could really use some help. I have two moveclips on my stage that make up my background. One is called land\_mc and the other is called sky\_mc. I’m trying to get them to pan slightly although constrained when there is a mouse over event but I have no idea how to write this.
