# MouseEvent Listener to Shape?

Hey.

This is a pretty straightforward question… is it possible to add a MouseEvent listener to a shape?  
I’ve been trying and for some reason it’s not working. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, or if you just can’t add MouseEvent listeners to Shapes…
