# Mouseover on movieclip without changing the cursor

Hello all,

I have seen a few instances on websites where people do mousovers on items, and the cursor does not change to hand as it would with buttons. Here is an example:

click the contact us section and mouse over the Contact Us section of the screen.

I am assuming it is just a mouseover of a movie clip, but please correct me if I am wrong.

How is this done?
