Hey’a :D!

Just wondering where can I find the best mouse over scroller?

Like I’ve made two arrows - One pointing up and one pointing down.
I’d like the user to be able to mouse over one of them and it scroll the movieclip and then stops scrolling when it gets to the bottom.

Much like the scroller in [http://2advanced.com/archive/v3/flashindex.htm](http://2advanced.com/archive/v3/flashindex.htm) (Portfolio Link)
