Anyone know of a good program that will convert:  
A Quicktime \*\*.mov \*\*to a Macro Flash \*\*.swf \*\*

I have a virtual tour which is a quicktime **.mov** file, and i want to import it into flash so that i can add “loading” in the first frame, and then the virtual tour will load up.

_or_

if i create the “loading” **.swf** on its own in flash, and export it to a specific file type, what program can i use to have the loading before the virtual tour.
