# Move MC to set point (xy)

Hey guys,

Haven’t posted on here in ages, as I took a bit of a break from flash. Anyway, I’m now working on a new project.

I’ve had a script before that let me move a masked movieclip to a set position from xy co-ordinates, basically when a button was clicked the movieclip scrolled to a given position to show one section, then when a different button was clicked the same movieclip scrolled (with easing I think) to a different position to show another section.

I only need a clip to scroll along the x axis to a few set points - it’s being used for a photo gallery with thumbnails, the idea being that when a thumbnail is clicked all the images scroll past until the chosen one is displayed.

I’ve googled but I can’t seem to find the same script (or any other way to do it). Can anyone help?
