# Movement w actionstript

i’m trying (and trying) to make the following:

when you click on a button, it checks if a mc is in a certain \_x, if it isn’t there, it moves it from where it is to \_x=-350, then stops.

sounds easy, and i’m sure it’s so easy, which makes it even more frustrating…

anybody please help :-/
