# Movie Clips

Hello again,
I have two movie clips.
Movie Clip 1: is of a character that walks and stops, this plays as soon as the page loads. Movie Clip 2: is inside a button and starts on rollover.
I want Movie Clip 1 to stay visible until roll over.
Not exactly sure how to do this correctly.

Finally got back to Flash today.
I had a chance to check out the example
Tommy\_S provided above.
Unfortunately it’s exactly what I already have.
What I’m trying to do is this.
(Movie Clip 1) plays when the page loads, stops and stays visible.
And doesn’t play ever again unless the page is reloaded.
Inside a Button on Rollover I have (Movie Clip 2) that picks up from
the same page position of (Movie Clip 1). On this Rollover I want
(Movie Clip 1) to disappear. On Rollout I want (Movie Clip 1)
to reappear stopped on the last frame, same as before.
Hope this makes sense.

Testing with Tommy\_S file I was able to get almost all the results I want.
Now all I need is for the red dot to play once and stop.
I know it’s probably really easy but I’m stuck.
