Hi,

I’m using a movieclip as a background for my movie. When I run the movie in the browser, I don’t want to be able to see the “true” background color, just my movieclip background. (I’m using a movieclip since I make the background tween colors).
Here’s the problem: It doesn’t matter how big I make the movie clip background, it always seems to take on the size of the document when I run it in the browser and you can always see the edges.

I’ve successfully created a “false” background before using a bitmap (as opposed to a movieclip) for my background color, but this time, I need to use a movieclip for the color changes.

Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong.
Please help as I’m tearing my hair out (spent all day trying to figure this out!!!).
