# Movies in flash 2004

Hello

I am making a cd presentasjon for a company. In this I have a quite big quicktime sorenson3 video clip that runs between the different subjects. It runs very nice, but when I try to skip back in the movie it lags with a few seconds. Is there any way to counter this problem?
