How do i make a moving menu

First its like this

Home-Forum-Flash  
–/--------------

Then when u click Forum it looks like this

Home-Forum-Flash

and when u click Flash it looks like this

Home-Forum-Flash  
--------------/–

So it moves realy cool when u click it it also goes 2 the page
