ok…first off, i’m a rookie @ flash…so take it ez 🙂
in the [2advanced.com](http://2advanced.com) site…one of their animation consists of an animated .gif of a sky moving…
k…so is that just a mask?
and if anyone can give me a brief step-by-step…it would b greatly appreciated…

It is masking combined with images… something like this…

You also posted this in the wrong section. Are you using Flash 5 or Flash MX? I need to know so I can move it appropriately.

The above tutorial in my last post should help you out, it is something like that with a masking effect added that 2A used :).

how do you slow the tweening down. i have clouds in the flash video i made, i made them into symbols and have them move from one side to another, but they go too fast. how can i slow those down?

im a little bit of n00b at flash, but for slowing tweening down, ive noticed that if you extend the amount of tweening, it dramatically slows down the tweening.
you could also try changing the frame rate, but that may make it look choppy.:-\
try dem out.

Yeah, what he said…lol.
The amount of frames used in your tween effects the speed. And the FPS rate your document is set to also effects your speed. You need to work these two together to get just the right speed 🙂
