No, not necessarily. It depends more on the connection speed of the user. Although the bandwith has it’s influence on that, because the higher the bandwith, the faster the transfer. ---

If their site is fast and your internet connection is fast you will get the music more quickly… Meaning \>\> You download fast \>\> They upload fast
