I’m building a site for a customer who wants about 15 seconds of “Bad to the Bone” by [George Thorogood & The Destroyers](http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/stores/artist/glance/-/35018/ref=pd_ap_sr/002-4756763-0452843) to loop on his site.

Is this legal? Can I take 15 seconds of any song and loop it without legal action?

The customer is telling me it is fine…but I wanted to ask people who might actually know.
