# MX preloader doesn't work when AttachSound invoked - WHY?!

HELP!

I have a splash page.

I had a preloader which worked great before I added the sound (a WAV file) and I used attachSound.

Now the preloader doesn’t work anymore! Why oh why?!

I have tried putting the attachSound action on the main timeline, in the movieclip, in its own movie clip, EVERYWHERE! All to no avail.

If anybody knows why this might be, please advise. If nobody’s ever heard of this before I’d be happy to attach the FLA.
