I have created a dynamic menu with a lot of help from the man Sticky, and have in my infinite wisdom tried to integrate other elements and expand the script… This is where I have fallen flat on my face … I simply (or not) need to load external movies onto the stage when a navigation item has been clicked… Ive been battling for the best part of 20 hours, reading, trying to learn but find im going round in circles… _/_ Question… Is there a point when learning actionscripting, where there comes a time when things start to come together… or am I fighting a losing battle??? _/_ OK, I have attached my fla, and I think I am nearly there, its probably obvious but all french to me… I have a dynamic text field that I wanted to display the "What has been clicked results in to, I dont know why, I just wanted to use the createTextField object … all I receive as a message at this stage is “Undefined”… Many thanks…
