# \[MX2004\] Text Field?

I have created a few instances of text fields in my flash document. In some cases I dont need to set the “ **embed font outlines** ” by clicking on the “ **Character** ” button in the property window. And in some case I have to, otherwise the text wont show up.  
Can anybody explain this ? Please advise.

PS. I use the same font for everything ie. **Verdana**.
