# My animation is blurry :(

He ya all,  
I have inserted a movie into flash and its blurry. I tried to configure the highest profile setting for import of i think 756 or something but it is still blurry. What can I do?, it looks perfect when I view the quicktime movie out of flash but flash makes it all pixelated when imported. please help!
