did this over the weekend almost 100% finished just have to add a couple outside links and about text.

opinion and recommendation are welcome.

also if you could please tell me about long the site took to load and the different pages also  
could you tell me your internet connection too.

i want to put a higher quality flv on the site but i’m worried about the download time for slower connections. found out that the simulate download in flash doesn’t work to good with embedded flv files either.
