# My future portfolio!

i wanted to make a simple website, simple animation. not to big. i didn’t finish it just yet, the only section that i’m working on right now is updates. but before i go any further, i wanna know what you guys think of this. took me time but it was fun!

OK, looks pretty cool. But a few issues:
- you should make the hit area on the bottom icons bigger, or have no gaps in between them. Also make the writing easyer to read when you roll over. I found it a bit hard to read.
-The idea for the update bit is cool, but you should make it so that when you roll ‘up’ onto one it’s blue comes from the bottom. If that makes sence.
-When scrolling up on the +/- thing you should do a fade out on the top just like the bottom of that panel.

cool thats easyer, but you still need to get rid of the hit gap in between the icons. It annoys me when the little speech bubble dissapears for a second and then flicks back on.

The idea is very cool… But place the whole interface in the middle of the page if that’s the size it’s gonna be… Cuz the interface u have right now is small and that’s perfect… But put it in the middle of the page… Nice work… Keep it up…

I like it. It all seems very light on my flat panels though. Was hard to see alot of the text and colors.

is anyone else having the same problem with the color, because if what Ethan is saying here is true, than thats a problem that has to be fixed!
i know there’s some graphic issues with the preloader!

I like the way the site looks as well as the way the site works,
just the contrast of font and background makes it tooooo hard to read!

really nice job. i find it hard to make a simple site…like a painting, knowing when to leave it and not do any more!!
it is too pale though! try using a dark grey for the hover caption text…

Yap, really cool. nice simple nav… I think a bit more contrast with the colours as everone has suggested and it will be sweet… Is it text based only… how will you display image content??
Maybe a nice bold text title to say who u are and what the site is about at a glance – maybe will give it more credibility? but hey looking v kool so far…

alright i placed the menu on the right. to c if i can make it look better. i think i like it more the way it used to be before though.

The menu on the bottom of the page is ok for me.
The text is still waaaaaay too hard to read!

The + and - button rollovers look slightly off. It’s like they are meant to be indented but its not quite worked. the + is on its way, but i think the actual + text should shift a bit. And re-think the shadow on the -. Apart from that, (and the colours obviously) i love it. nice work.
