I need to understand something

I told my pal to rjoin this site coz he’s quite polite in flash and i thought he’d be a good asset by joining this forums and sharing his skills  
but alas for some reason he got banned after just an hour.

Nows he’s calling me asking why

Truely i cant stand niggahs \*\*\*\*\*ing so someone please help me explain this \*\*\*\* to him
