it’s cool, but unfortunately it’s 30 pixels big (heigh-wise)

very cool.  
But I have no idea how to make that image (jpg!!!) change for every person looking with it (something with php i guess)

It’s really not that difficult you guys.  
It’s a PHP script I’m assuming, and then it just uses PHP’s image functions.  
That’s just a glorified version of Jubba’s old footer.

yes. its not that difficult. A PHP script that snags the users ISP, IP address and outputs it as text that is placed on top of an image.
